UX Researcher
We are seeking a full-time remote UX Researcher to join our dynamic team at GetGloby. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding user needs and behaviors, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for our product development team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Analyzing and synthesizing research data to uncover user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborating with the design team to translate research findings into design decisions.
- Presenting research insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities for product improvement based on user feedback.
- Keeping abreast of the latest UX research methods and tools.
- Contributing to the development of user personas and journey maps.
- Ensuring user-centered design principles are integrated into product development.
Qualifications
- Strong background in UX research methods and practices.
- Proficiency in tools for conducting surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
- Experience in synthesizing research findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and collaboration with design teams.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
Bonus qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in languages other than English.
- Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) design and interaction design.
- Background in psychology, anthropology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a tech-driven environment, particularly in advertising or AI technology.
